Why hasn't a deal been applied to my cart?

For Buy X Get Y deals, you need to add all the items in the deal to your cart, including the free item, for the discount to be applied. E.g. if the deal is Buy 3 Get 1, you need to add 4 items (3+1) to your cart and 1 will be automatically discounted to $0.00.

The free item will be added as a separate line item to your cart discounted to $0.00.
