Set Up Order Approvals

Orders can be sent to a manager for approval before they are paid for and processed, to ensure the order meets your company policies and requirements.

To set up order approvals for your account:

1. Send an email to support@fitnessvending.com to let us know that you require orders to be approved before payment and processing. Please include the email address of the person authorised to approve orders ('approver').
2. When placing an order, select Bank Deposit as the payment method at checkout. Note: Orders paid by credit card or placed on credit terms bypass the approval process and will be processed straight away.
3. An email with the order details will be sent to the approver for review. The approver must contact us within 1 business day if changes are required.
4. If the order is approved, the approver can pay for the order by credit card or bank deposit.
5. Once payment has been received, your order will be processed and fulfilled.

Important: The approval process can delay the processing and fulfilment of your order by several business days.

As of 1 October 2025, we no longer issue sales orders for approvals.
