Save a Payment Method

Credit cards can be securely saved (vaulted) as a payment method to be used for orders placed via our website, phone or email. A user with ordering access can pay for orders with a saved credit card without being able to view the card details.

Saving a credit card to your account is useful if you want other users to be able to pay for orders with the card but do not want them to have access to the card details.

To save a credit card to your account:

1. Sign in to your account here using your email address and one time passcode (OTP).
2. If you have multiple locations, choose the location you would like to save a credit card to and click Continue.
3. Click the location name at the top right of the window and then click the View details link.
4. In the Payment methods section of the location profile, click the Add button.
5. In the Add payment method pop up, enter your credit or debit card details and click Save.
6. Repeat steps 4 to 6 for each location you want to save a credit card too.

The payment method has been securely saved (vaulted) and can now be used by all location staff at checkout when placing orders for the location.

Note: Once a payment method has been aded, the card details are securely stored and encrypted and cannot be viewed.
